I think the thing is that it feels as if vogue held them on gunpoint when shooting a scene like that, of course models have to eat as all humans do.
But the problem is THEY CAN'T eat like normal humans. They want to make it seem like it but they have to restrict their diet sometimes to an unhealthy point and only eat the greasy food in front of the camera to ditch the unhealthy rumors

People in Suriname do not speak English as a primary language. Suriname was a Dutch colony, so they predominantly speak Dutch.
The fact that she has no accent that would suggest she is not a primary or native English speaker is unusual.
dutch people tend to speak really good english, and they usually speak with an american accent. damon dominiques documentary in the netherlands shows this
tbh it’s not that hard to lose an accent. i lost my dutch accent after maybe two years after having lived in a non english speaking country
